asked the head wcm manager jf he believed in wcm and could he justify his job ,wcm, methods et all
he tried to convince me to all its merits especially h&s
so i then asked "why are you not insisting on mgmt deploying ssow and making sure mandatory use of equip is being used ie, trollies
still waiting on answers
i will now put it to wcm in writing re this and see what happens
failure to make mgmt ensure proper procedures in place will make him a fraud and wcm an absolute joke and waste of space
and only a tool to get even more out of already strained staff
i thought we were supposed to have non cooperation re wcm

wcm complete and utter cr*p, job made up for the boys, outside rm world its just a laughing joke wont last 2 mins after sell off. beggers belief people are getting paid to spin it. wcm managers 1st in
dole queue after sell off nurserys and primary schools have better systems!! wcm happens in a office where cwu reps r very high up their doms backside. thats the cooperation in our office

I am a manager and I agree wcm is a a waste of money. They teach us how to investigate accidents which is now even more time consuming when I would rather spend the "training time" keeping my staff safe . I am so far behind with my h and s stuff I now put in the safety committee meeting notes that I don't believe I can keep my staff safe due to workload and that includes all this wcm stuff.
