First Day as a postie and wageslip quiery.!!

Hi.
Had my induction yesterday and today with a coach in the delivery office and on the walk. The day was great, quite a bit to sink in for the first part but once your out on your walk it's really good.Still unsure about some of the sorting part of it.We had to put our own sacks into the delivery boxes today in the street and can't exactly remember where they are so I hope a driver might drop them off for me next week. We didn't go on our walk til after 11am and delivered my last letter at 2.30 with two of us delivering. Next week i'll be on my own so I can see this being a 4 oclocker. I guess the heat today slowed us down a bit though.
Anyway I got home to a wageslip on my mat, opened it up and and it said my hours were 23hrs 24 mins(my contracted hrs) with a pay of £67.31 and a suppliment of £4.00. Will that be the wage for the induction? if so then what is the suppliment for? Will the delivery hours I'll have worked this week go onto next weeks wage alongside next weeks hours?

I think it will be the wage for this week, as you won't have worked a full week, between Weds and Sat.
I assume the £4.00 is the Delivery Supplement, and that is paid to everyone that works on Deliveries.
Compare it to next weeks, and it will give you a better idea of where you stand.

Without further info, such as how many days a week you work, it is a bit hard to say.
