toilet brakes on rounds

Ok so I've been a postman for 7 months (still haven't got any uniform just a high vis vest!) On most my rounds there isn't toilet facilities, so I've gone for a slash where I can, such as in woodlands or down trailways that I pass etc. Would I get fired if somebody spotted me and reported me? I can't physically hold in a pee for 6 or so hours!

yes u will get sacked. Ur allowed to travel back to the office to go to the toilet that aint a problem ur allowed that

Not only would you get fired you'd could be charged in some circumstances it would depend on the situation...........

A customer caught one of our posties p*ssing on his garden and complained, he didn't get sacked, nor has anyone else at our office who's been seen and reported.

I dont do this all the time, but as it's park and loop and a good few miles from the office, I don't think my colleague would appreciate having to drive back to it. Also it's not in peoples gardens or drives haha. May just have to practice holding it next time!

If you are sensible and make every attempt to do it in a reasonable place you will not get sacked,especially with a lot of local authorities closing public toilets,we only have 1 in our whole town.

Perhaps you should ask the manager what the toileting arrangements are for your delivery because there should be.

Touch wood, in the 6 months of being a postwoman, I've never needed to go while out delivering. I make sure I go before I leave the office and don't drink too much on my round. God knows what I'd do if I did, it's not like I can lob it out anywhere.

Me neither it may scare the donkeys I always liked the wet weather B I mean your keks are wet anyway everyone would assume it was the rain - cold and wet though and the steam may be a bit of a giveaway

I have a piss in places where the public have access, but as most people would rather die of a heart attack than actually walk anywhere, the rural footpaths I use are rarely used. Funny that this has been posted because I was nearly caught the other day by what were clearly some eccentric nutters who were actually out for a walk...I ask you, whatever next.

If I came across someone having a piss in public (male or female) I couldn't give a toss. What is wrong with people who get offended by this?

Well our rural boys can't just lob it out anywhere either, it scares the sheep

I know of a postman who was sacked when caught doing this between 2 hedges between houses. don't risk it.
