News re Rolling Strikes?

Check BBC digital teletext (in depth). It says a program of rolling strikes 'every monday'. Maybe I`ve read it wrong but it sounds like mondays only, unless that`s when they have to announce the following weeks action?
More strangely it says "postmen will be asked to walk out at the beginning of their shift". Do I take this quite literally, i.e. we turn up, sign on (?) and promptly do an about turn and leave? I wonder where the BBC got this info from as I`ve heard nothing and it`s not on CWU website yet. Anyone else heard this?

Usual BBC ''don't know what wwe're talking about'' piece. Keep your ears peeled. The Fuctional rolling action should be announced then. Each area of the service out on different days. Here comes the backlog
