just wondered if managers have a right to leave mail in offices where postman/women haven't got time to take in their hours.

Yes as long as they can both justify and explain the operational reasons, and that they report the failure of the USO to the requisite persons.

And of course they report it on conferance call not its called "Wilful Delay".These morons do it on a regular basis.I myself had this catch all excuse used to dismiss me so whats the differance corrupt b*******.They say what goes round comes round . And the truth always comes out in the end.Cant wait.These corrupt people are scum of earth for what they did to me an :evil/mad d my family.
