Can anyone help me
Not had a fall or accident but went over on side of shoe and ankle been playing up
Went to work as normal ankle been niggling me, after sat really srtruggled walking on it.
Been to walk in med centre and they told me I've sprained my ankle ,
I am prepared to go to work but cannot walk a duty , I am prepared to go in and stay indoors if I can .
If they refuse this then I will have to go off sick, I have been with Royal Mail for 19 months on a fixed temporary contract, will I get sick pay ??? Or what is the policy on this as I'm on a fixed temp contract and not a permanent one??
