Royal Mail and the Redirecting Mail service

Responsible department: Department for Business, Innovation and Skills

This petition calls for the introduction of a requirement that the Royal Mail write to the current address acknowledging that a mail redirection order has been made and when it will be implimented. This would be an important step to prevent mail and identity theft happening.
