Depending on your DOM you can do 3 refresher days a year,which you get paid 8 hours for,so if you are a p/t on 30 hours you gain 2 hours pay for that day,or if the refresher day falls on your day off you can make 8 hours,also if you are keen and good enough you can get in the first aid team for competitions if they still do them.spiderj wrote:quick question-do you get any kind of allowance for being a workplace first aider?

On 25 hour contract and doing a three day initial course
Its been almost twenty years since I first done first aid
Going to see if getting a team together is possible
Hopefully it will be.it can be a good way of keeping "fresh"
