Stage 2 Inteview

Well I was put on a stage 1 for my tendonitis and recently had to take 2 weeks off for a virus I had. Took 1 week off and then signed off by the doctor.

I have my stage 2 interview tomorrow.

The question is.

When you are off Ill does Royal Mail Take in your rotational days off and Sundays into consideration for your absence???

I am still a bit happy, it means I can appeal my stage 1 when Issued with a stage 2. I think that my tendonitis was a workplace injury and no stages should have been given.

Did you have an ATOS referral regarding your tendonitis when you had the Stage 1? You can obviously have the argument regarding the issue of the Stage 1 but you won't be able to appeal it.
