Are PDA's required
to come back to the office at the end of the shift. Is there any agreement or documentation on the use of PDA's and the DO's and DON'Ts associated with them.

Yes they need to be docked and there are a number of pamphlets/leaflets on the use and handling of PDAs - the first instruction should be "These are useful, temperamental and a pain in the backside".makingsounds wrote:to come back to the office at the end of the shift.
