Let's just go for their throats. We're not dealing with people of honour. Their word is worthless. The very least we should go for is the removal of the entire top level of Royal Mail management who are determined to run down the service into the ground and their replacement with people who aren't cut and run venture capitalists. In other words, people who know how to run a public service as opposed to a cowboy outfit like Starbucks or McDonalds.

CWU is pretty much spot on.
Asking for pensions to be dealt with seperately is as it should be.
I think re flexible working, duties should stay as they are now. Overtime could be flexible. In my office you put in for overtime a week in advance. Even if there is no work you can still do that overtime. All very nice, been that way for years but has to end I reckon. In mail centres as I remember, if there was work to be done, the manager went round asking people if they wanted to stay on.
