In a few days time, postal workers from all over the UK will be standing tall, standing proud, and facing down once again, two of the most destructive
individuals to ever sit in a Royal Mail boardroom. The plans Leighton & Crozier have for us, beggars belief. Right now, at this present moment in time,
they want to ensure we win a mad dash to the bottom of an imaginary league table, one in which we currently sit proudly at the top, they want to drive
down our pay until we're on a par with so-called competitors , they want to slash a further 40,000 jobs in the expectation that the surplus workload will
be absorbed by those workers who remain, an unacceptable increase to an already unacceptable workload, they want to turn us into flexible automons,
programmed to do this, that, to go here, there, anywhere, and all at the drop of a hat, they want to tighten up an already severe attendance procedure,
and do the same with the conduct code, in short, they want to introduce a hire and fire culture into our place of work, one with no redress whatsoever.
If all that wasn't bad enough, Leighton & Crozier want to reach out into all our futures and steal, yes, steal, tens of thousands of pounds from our pensions,
pensions we've contributed to without fail all the time we've worked for Royal Mail, pensions in which Royal Mail failed to make contributions to thanks to
a 17 year "holiday". They're responsible for the deficit in the pension fund, not us, yet they they expect us to pay for their past mistakes.
Four days pay , or allow Leighton & Crozier to have their way? ......... NO CONTEST.

If they expected, or indeed expect us to just lamely lie back so they can walk all over us, they've yet to understand the calibre of their workforce, for
come friday, sat, mon, tues, they'll see we're angry, bloody angry, and that anger will manifest itself in 100,000 plus postal workers downing tools,
manning picket lines, or simply staying at home. The postal service will be shut down, only a minute number of managers and the few weaker colleagues
amongst our number to deliver a few packets, a few reg, if anything at all. The insult, we're underworked and overpaid, will be forced down the throats of
the two clowns running down our industry, because we've two things they, Leighton and Crozier, the colleagues who will scab, don't have, PRIDE & SELF RESPECT. Four days pay or tens of thousands of pounds stolen from our pensions, no contest.

My warmest regards to all my brother and sister workers, and good luck to us all.

Don't forget, when we come back to work next wednesday, DO THE JOB PROPERLY, the bosses will be under intense pressure, let's make sure we
prolong it for as long as we can.

Yeh nice one well said, i'm gonna be flexible thursday stay on after my early turn for a few hours to man the picket line and also come in eary friday morning 04.30 instead of 0500 again to man the picket line now thats flexible working for the cause

Print out DH's wordings above and take it to the line with you, then spread around your fellow picketers - especially the one's who are just there for a "laugh" - then, when you a have a minute, read it again and believe what's written. It's all there in black & white!..

Whether you decide to pass on a shortened version of DH's wordings to the general public is up to you, for a fact i know i will be...let the whole country know what exactly is happening here.

Remember, it's easy to appear on Sky news (dressed in pink -LMFAO at that) without debating, and purely only answering questions which suit, it's another thing dealing with an exodus..

Hint to anyone. Sky News f****d up in interviewing AL. I suggest channel 4 news, who are known for "proper" reporting are made more aware.
