could someone help me out here please ?
i signed for a duty in a min-re-sign last year and was told that i would hold this till the next resign.but now am being told that i will have to give up my duty to someone who is being displaced is this correct ? can not ask my local rep as he dislikes me

no simple as that u signed for that duty. if someone is being displaced then they find a duty thats vacant or become a reserve. ask to see area rep if u dont like your rep

thanks for advice how do i contact the area rep ?
what do i do if that does not work ? as i am experiencing a lot of racism at the moment have been in the job over 20 years never had this happen to me before.

go on cwu website, cwu.org click on postal section look for delivery section contact them contact details are there somewhere. explain u want contact details of area rep. explain your duty and other issues. and demand to see him in person as you dont want your office rep to assist. look on wage slip for bullying harrasment tele number as well
