we have so many mugs at our office im affraid,weve an area rep supposed to visiting our office,i am going to suggest to him to get all the staff in the canteen for a chat,going to try to get him to tell all our staff the following,no comeing in early to start duty,no running on duty,and in general do the job properly and to drill in to staff that if you do not want ot,finish to your time,meanwhile our dom will be in his office with the door locked if i had my way.before you ask our office rep is up our doms u know what.

Plus you'll be lucky if they would allow a CWU meeting in the Royal Mail canteen anymore. Those days have gone :-/

Of course it is a good idea.
People need to be told constantly the importance of doing the job properly.
If only 1 takes it on board, then that's better than nothing.

They just wont listen, they have got it into there thick heads that there is still time to make.What they don't realise is that doms and dims are still watching them, waiting to pounce on them with the immortal words " you can absorb today" The ones that do it properly, and they are a minority, will have the last laugh, watching the runners squirm, and bleat and moan and complain to the rep that they are being picked on, bunch of selfish w*****s....
