Still no holiday sheet, My manager doesn't give a....

Question. When do you get your holiday sheet for your upcoming year of holidays?

It is now the start of February and still no sign of our holiday sheet. All the manager has to do is put a few names on a piece of paper and pass it round a few times. He has always been the same. Last year we were still picking holidays in April.

What is also so annoying is that he gives himself the first 2 weeks off in December when for us it is blanked out. How is that fair?

We've only just finished this years leave (although many people have holidays left over) but next years seem to be going along fine (I've 4 weeks booked, which is much better than this stage last year).
