I was off sick 3 weeks over Christmas, my question is "Do I get these Bank holiday days back " my union rep doesnt know.

the short answer is No, it's been covered on here a few times.
If you had holidays booked while sick then you would get them back as you were unable to take them.
but if you got BH's back you'd be getting paid twice for being sick.
