Driving assessment rules?

Looking for some help on the driving assessment.
I've been a postie since 87 and been driving for Royal Fail for thirteen years.
In 2009- 2010 i had 3 minor bumps and was re assessed in late 2010, which i passed.
My boss has told me i am about to get re assessed again, even though i haven't had any bumps since
2010.
She also informed me i will be re assessed every 2 years on going.
Any reps out there with any knowledge of the rules on this?
We have a new outdoor rep, he's looking into it, but still trying to find his feet.

new rta procedure in place of which the buzz word is keep our drivers driving. so i would bite the bullet do the training and carry on driving.
