Gearing up for Give a Quid Day

Give a Quid Day is taking place next week on Tuesday. To show you how you can get involved, we’ve filmed a short video.

As RMTV presenter Felicity Shaw explains, on Tuesday 29 January managers will be coming round with our special Give a Quid Day collection box.

How to take part is simple. Just drop a pound in the box to help save a life.

If everyone donates on the day, we could raise more than £300,000 for our Charity of the Year, Prostate Cancer UK. The business is matching all donations, penny for penny.

It is entirely up to you whether you want to take part.

Why we need your help

Ten thousand men every year die from prostate cancer. That's one man every hour. And, the number of men with the disease is rising at a significant rate.

Seventy per cent of adults in the UK do not know what the prostate does. And, two thirds do not know where it is located in the body.
