i need a secretary for 4 hours per day to fill all the paperwork in,attend the endless team briefings and huddles and to sort my 4 to 6 households per week which i didnt do prior to the last "agreement" .The whole place is a joke.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

did you vote in the last agreement?
as for meetings at work they split the drivers into one meeting and walking staff have there own one with managers.
should be intresting when absorbtion is mentioned again.
