Just wondering can you register a stage 1 disagreement by e-mail? I only ask because i had a meeting with my line manager yesterday and i am not happy with the proposals. Anyway I am now on annual leave till Tuesday and my co-rep is off sick? Thanks

yes you can register a disagreement by email but get the manager to acknowledge it back and set out his reasons in response to your stage 1 as all managers should do before it gets pushed to 2
