Yeah, that could never be said of the UK's postal service. Not while it is in a race to the bottom of the table of providers. Which happens to include, by the way, TNT, the Dutch company who in tandem with various Dutch governments, have reduced Holland's postal service to such an extent, it is regarded by most Dutch people as being easily the worst in the Western World, with only barmy old Britain seemingly interested in catching up, and overtaking the Dutch in sheer awfulness of service.
