Does anyone if there is a time limit on wich a warning can be issued
i had a operation in september wich triggered a stage 3 (all absences due to the same problem over the last two years)
i have now been back at work for 14 weeks and have heard nothing besides the stage 3 has been triggered

Keep shtum! Say nothing to anyone and I mean *anyone* . Keep your head down and carry on. Managers are managers to manage. If you indeed *have* triggered a Stage, then it's THEIR job, not yours to sort out Stage(s).
