Things are really crap at Streatham. More managers than postman and yes it's true we do have to put our hands up to go to the toilet or for a break!!!.
They go on about bullying in schools, it's rife in the Royal mail with managers going round in two's and three's using good cop bad cop style of imtimadation.
Since they stopped us using our cars we are all waiting on our walks freezing our nuts off waiting for bag drops that never arrive, maybe they will wake up and see what's happening.
Feels like we are being goaded into retaliating so they have an excuse to suspend or get rid of us, it is difficult not to with the amount of rubbish we are putting up with!
They'll never break Streatham!!!!!!!
