Xmas SA rate / Meal Entitlement

Hi guys

Couple of questions, if anyone can help...

SA rate is currently being paid in our office for those extending. Is it correct that 30 hour staff will only receive the basic SSPR overtime rate until they go over 40 hours?

Also, a question on behalf of a colleauge who is on a 15 hour contract working 5 days a week. It is my understanding that anyone working 2 hours 30 to 3 hours is entitled to a ten minute break, is this correct & if so how would they address this issue as they are generally on 3 hour SA collections which they have been doing for in excess of 12 months without the said break if applicable.
