Is anybody else on here having difficulty, in agreeing attendance arrangements for the Christmas period particularly Boxing day.The night drivers in my voc have been giving the reps, some right grief over coming in to work.
They have been given options on how to avoid working boxing day, but it still is not enough. They cannot get into their heads that after midnight on Wednesday the 26th, it is a normal working day. The reps are now public enemy number one.
I was wondering how other Network vocs are getting on?
