Needs some advice please

I received stage 3 warning (3 months) after an absence which triggered it, i was signed off with depression shortly after,i had no contact from royal mail in the next (2 months)and then i felt fit to try to return as i was isolated and tried several times to get in touch and each time i was told my dom would get back to me,i then became so depressed i attempted suicide as I had no support.After (5months) with no contact from Royal Mail I received 10 weeks notice of dismissal I gave my intenion to appeal .I was dismissed under attendance procedure whilst signed off with depression ,after (5 months) I finally received my appeal(after Acas contacted them as area rep and Royal Mail wernt getting it sorted) and by then the time limit is up for a tribunal,3 months later appeal manager sent me a letter saying my case has been referred back to my manager to commence ill health retirement with lump sump process in "due course" and i'll have a further right to appeal. In the 3 months following I contacted my manager on several occasions asking when it'll be sorted,after many excuses and promises that I will get my money, I contacted my area rep many times that continually says he's trying to speak to managers over a period of the last (3 months), I've also sent a letter to my manager and his manager by recorded delivery and never got signed for, after then I contacted union branch and he said he gave my area rep a bollocking and he said I will have my money within (2 weeks) . And still no letter or payment from my manager.

I'm living on jsa and now having to get food hand outs from a church!
Can anyone tell me what I can do to get the IHR ,and what else I can claim for as I don't think they should get away with this treatment to someone who is classed as disabled!

I should also mention my medical record from my gp backs up the fact I felt neglected by Royal Mail on many occasions and ATOS has been involved during the whole period and any recommendations haven't been taken on and I believe they made the decision to sack me when I triggered stage 3!

Yep same here folks ! Atos put in recommendations - NOTHING was done , my knees since revision got worse - Atos recommended physio - one year on nothing was done (even though I kept asking ) add on further anxiety due to unmanageable work loads and stress due to a poor revision , and I ended up just quitting ! I could take no more !!! A total disgrace how people are treated - yet some play the system and end up managers ?!

Well if you have any paperwork to substantiate your claim why not go for constructive dismissal - if not, then you shouldn't have resigned.
