evening all. quick question. our office voted for a rule 13 or code 13 or something like that last week. i was away on my day off. can anyone tell me what this is? alot of crap has been going down in recent weeks. seems everyone has had enough.

basically union guy was waiting on the outcome from someone above him? how are immediate are these actions? working to rule was also mentioned.

Well obviously you're ready if only the CWU was. If this deal is less than ground breaking I can see a lot of Rule 13s going in which would just highlight how inept the union feel for the membership is.
