Working Week??

Hi, can anybody help me figure out the working week as a postie?
Is it Monday to Saturday? Or Saturday to Friday?
Trying to figure my wage slips out and it's not making sense.

To me its Monday to Saturday

i think in royal mail the week goes from sunday to a saturday, as this is on holiday leave lists
