If you have time to do it - you do it.ag000317 wrote:Hi I am a new Rep. Manager lapsing a duty for budget reasons on quiet days or if he has sent one man to other depot.

If you don't, you don't.
Forget about "the budget".
Forget about anyone being sent to another depot.
Do you have time within your contracted hours to lapse the duty?
Everything else is just pish.
