Contacting a Manager from other DO
I was wondering - do managers have an email address like firstname.surname@royalmail..... or something? I was hoping to contact a manager about something but as he is a 'floating manager' I have no idea where he is working. So I wondered if there was an email or something I could try on the off chance?

Yes most will have i.e. john.smith@royalmail.com but if it is a common name they may have a middle initial
