Buying back holiday leave
I was signed off for two weeks, one of those weeks was already booked as holiday. I now have 16 days to take before March. No school holidays are available and I am going to struggle to take it all. Will RM buy back any leave? Are they likely to be sympathetic to the week that I was signed off?

If you can't get the time off then it'll just roll over into next year.

this seems a common thing in offices all over. in my opinion royal mail has had money off people for extra holidays and cannot honour their side due to staff shortages budget ect i think its our money so it should be payed back to them who have paid for extra holidays i think it borders on the edge of fraud
