Area managers numbers?
Does anybody know if it's possible to get hold of a area managers number? As want to go above the DOM.

It is unlikely the Area Manager will want to talk to you.
That is what the union is for. That's what the grievance procedure is for.

If you have a problem then either use your rep to escalate things upwards or put in a grievance form because that have to flag upwards too (and you get a paper trail).

Well done mate we need a few more like you with b**ls. Ask the Dom for it and watch him go green, then email just say it (to our dear Moya) then the sh*t soon hits the fan.

One alternative may be to use email. The beauty of this system is that you can include the CWU Reps, DOM, DSM and others up to Moya if you wish in the same message and they'll all know that the others have it. This alone is usually sufficient to force a positive response.

If your having a problem with managers do you really think it would do any good emailing Moya??? Would she take any notice or would she also turn a blind eye. Seems more and more offices are having problems with there managers, if you complain to there manager they only stick up for the managers and not the posties.
