not sure i am right about this so looking for a bit of advice please.
when a re-sign takes place and all the f/t sign for there duties if there is f/t positions left am i right in saying that the most senior p/t should be made up to fill the duty.because are dom is saying no to making the p/t up ? am hoping i am right

Yes you are RIGHT, when we done the revision there was 3 FT places available and the 3 senior PT's got them.

14.4 Where a full-time post is advertised internally, it will be available to all full-time employees and part-time employees, who have opted for full-time employment, in that resourcing unit. The posts will be filled on the basis of ‘most senior individual’.
