One of our staff members is leaving to go part time, royal mail now intend to look at the deliverys to take hours out of our office.
Currently we have 6 staff, 5 dely, 1 rest week cover and work 5 weeks on 1 off, 7.30-3.15 m-f/ 6.15-13.30 sat 44.40 hours a week.
I'm guessing if we loose hours we'll loose the 6th week off so what other duty structures would be suitable for our wee office.
Some of our mail comes walk sorted, none is sequenced and we do ips on letters/flats and packets, during ips we send 1 person on a feeder run so then were down to 4 to do ips.
Any advice much appreciated.
