Pay Question

This weeks pay was around 40 odd quid less than usual, rang up wages and because i've been off for 8 weeks this financial year (6 sick, 2 weeks paternity) they said that my allowances go down? Its a bit misleading that they say you get two weeks full pay for paternity, but the last week of paternity has been the one to trigger the lower payment. Surely paternity leave shouldn't count in these instances?

I think it's 6 to 8 weeks( or two months),continuous sick in which you lose your allowance(s). More then likely it's a f**k up on the PSP system in which no manager knows how to use it.
