Does anyone know whether planners have to allocate walks for job sharers when a delivery revision is put in, and there is an existing job share walk under the old delivery system.

I think it would depend on the reason for the job share Lincox and what hours and attendance patterns were chosen/on offer after the revision.

2nd time i've quoted this section of BT2010 today.... :chuckle
Employees who wish to retain their current contracted hours will have the option to do so, however all employees will need to recognise that in order to provide innovative attendance patterns and duty structures they will need to embrace change which may mean an alteration to attendance times.
