I Thought /believe stage warnings are used as a corrective measure ,and not punishment i have had to have two operations but recieved a stage 2 warning as the time factor amount of days off was in the criteria of RM .
However i had to have the operations and have not been sick other than the operations in 9 years also i had stated to atos that i could do indoor work while waiting for full fitness but due to the medication i was having they made the decision to prevent my return to work which made my abscence days tip the balance of RM rules ,i was only doing what atos advised !!! .i feel i am being punished for the needy operations ,if i took every other monday off or showed a pattern in my absences then its acceptable and a corrective measure to improve days sick absence lost :crazy:

Until it reaches Stage 3 and you have worried yourself to death about losing your job in the meantime, they will do sweet fa. At that stage if they have any compassion in their shallow bodies at all, they may consider taking into account the reasons for your absence, but if they are mindset on getting rid of you, then prepare yourself well for a ET.
