Given that PDE remain necessarily highly integrated under globalised capital in horizontaland vertical as well as spatial and temporal ways but as systems are now also more fragile than ever before, this should provide the potential lever for workers

Ahhh...
So does that mean the next IA ballot will have 3 boxes?

1. Action up to and including a strike.
2. Action not including a strike.
3. Manipulate the horizontal, vertical, spatial and temporal fragility of the system.
