Network 12 duties

My voc is not very impressed by the duties that have been given to us. We have lost quite a bit of work. It seems to me the impact of the new double deck trailers is now quite, colossal. I wonder if the main Cwu are aware. Us smaller vocs
are suffering.

which voc is that out of intrest and are you currently using a lot of agency as that may be why.

I am based in a midlands voc. No vrs as yet. Lots of jobs which are quite short and are hard to make into long jobs. Paragon is rubbish.

Loads of quirky things going on in Network 12, Paragon is a waste of time. Heard NDC is the place in Network they seem to have gained big time, been told by Coventry Hub driver thery are down on hours but they have been given some NDC weekend work. Hub Drivers rep was not invited to the CWU presentation the other week, probably that explains it by its near neighbour getting the Lions share

Yes i am aware that NDC has gained alot of hours, the only problem is that they use a lot of agency drivers, some have more service than the posties. My manager is not in favour of Paragon either.
