SA on annual leave

Hi we have just been given 28 days notice on our SA but then after that day on the following week I am on annual leave can I claim for that weeks overtime even though they took it off us the week before. Where can I find the rules on this thanks.

So let me re-cap, you want to have time off AND get paid OT for doing so?

You get already get paid for it though the two lump sums each year.

We get ours each time we are off for 20 days so when we book a week off we book our SA, I thought it was like a scheme that because you performed it last year it gave you entitlement for this year ? Yes biker mouse we get SA when we are on holiday that's the rules, I didn't make the rules I just want the rules clarified. Cheers

you shouldnt get paid sa when on annual leave. you get 2 lump sum payments in may and august if you have performed sa the previous year
