After a quick flit through the policy forum 2 things stand out...
Permanent job after 2 years & six month reviews of PT HOURS
Now quick question, if PT works FT hours for 6 months & review says should be made permanent FT duty.
Who gets that FT duty, whoever is most senior PT or the PT who has done the overtime for last six months ?

Since overtime is supposed to be offered on an aggregate system in theory it's a moot point,again in theory if one PT is getting FT hours they all must be....for those that want OT.
Of course the reality is a little different.
