i had to go home ill the other day after approx two and a half hours, is this day definately not counted as an absence?
also what is the standards when you are on a stage 2?
is it 2 absences or 7 days
or
is it 2 absences or 10 days?

do an hour or over and it counts as a part absence, so should only count against you within the procedure if you are informed at a return to work. [if you have to many] 2 and 10 for stage 2 and 3.

do an hour or over and it counts as a part absence, so should only count against you within the procedure if you are informed at a return to work. [if you have to many] 2 and 10 for stage 2 and 3 in a 6 month period in the 12 months after your Stage 1 warning was issued
