I would like to know why the membership are always kept in the dark.
This isn't a game of you tell me your's and i'll tell you mine.
We are supposed to be a professional communication union.

You know the script ft, they are now deciding on the wording. Couching the results in terms that we lowly sub paying members can misunderstand. Regardless of how bad it may seem don't you just know it's going to be yet another triumph for the chattering classes.

It only finished on Thursday afternoon and I think there will be LTB out early next week.

On the Job security Agreement only the PEC were defeated on just one amendment and they accepted 3.

On World Class Mail's the PEC defeated the motions they opposed and accepted several others.

There has to now be further Negotations with Royal Mail before the agreements go back to the PEC.

It's sooo good they can't tell you anything, because there’s nothing in the agreement worth telling you, once again it's a pile of loose words with promises tomorrow, management have what they want, we have a very poor and somewhat irrelevant deal concerning job security , other than after 2 years on a temp contract you'll be made up to permanent, and with an accepted a productivity scheme (the words of a RM director) that will pay us nothing, provide us nothing but more job losses and silly posters( my thoughts not his that part, I think he used the Japanese word for taking the P**S) .
The more I think about it the more I believe the PEC is starting to resemble the mad hatter’s tea party! Interestingly however after the 1st session no national officers were present as D.ward was away due to personal circumstances, B.Gibson wasn't present and T.pullinger had to leave due to problems at HWDC, I’m led to believe. We were left to the R.Ellis road show, strange how an unelected official seems to carry so much influence in our agreements-where is this Union going!! And I thought Keggie was bad!! :
