Posting catalouges for TNT

Hi all at our big happy family can someone clear something up for me please? I have had a leaflet through my door offering jobs for TNT posting catalouges, what I want to know is can I apply for this job whilst also working for RM or is there something in our contracts stopping us?

My Contract from 2004 says


Employment

4. You must not engage in any other employment such that you will be unable to meet your contractual obligations to Royal Mail. Further any additional hours of work you may perform for another employer aggregated woth those which you perform under this contract must not exceed the limits which apply under the Working Time Regulations 1998 or any agreements which relate to working time. You must not be involved in or have an interest in the activities of any organisation who business is in competition with that of Royal Mail or any of its business units or subsidiaries and must advise Royal Mail of any other employment which you hold or intend to take.

And the Code of Business Standards states...

• you must declare any outside employment, directorship or material shareholding
and these must not be contrary to the company’s commercial interests or bring it
into disrepute;

Working for a competitor is a conflict of interest, but it's alright if you deliver stuff for TNT within Royal Mail
