in the right direction as I think our office has not got enough reserves.I have heard different things from different offices
, but I am looking 
for any agreements between RM and the cwu for the number of reserves within an office ? ie 1 reserve - 6 members of staff or 1 - 7 and if so were would I find this information.
Dom thinks 1 - 9 is fine
and another office close by has 1 - 10 , basically we are surviving with part timers working all the hours they can get as management refuse to increase anyones hours up.
