Longs & shorts and holiday question

In our office we work 6 - 15.10 Mon,Wed, Thur & Fri. And Tuesdays & Saturdays are 6 - 13.30. When you have either a Tuesday or Saturday as your day off the remaining days are 25 minutes shorter (finishing at 14.45). My question is- if you take either a Tuesday or Saturday off as part of your leave and your normal day off that week is on a longer day, do you work to 15.10 or 14.45? No one in the office including the DIM seem to really know!!

well you have potentially raised a interesting conundrum, up until just recently our annual leave was measured in days and not hours, so didnt matter whether it was a tuesday or a wednesday you were off as it was 1 day, now with the introduction of the new pay system PSP holidays are now measured in hours, so yes you have raised a very interesting question but i dont think you will be getting an answer on it until both the union and RM cotton on to the potetial situation, ie getting an extra 4 or 5 days off per year by only booking the short days of the week
