D2D Jubilee Week
Does anyone know what is expected next week (as there are only 4 days due to the 2 bank holidays) regarding D2D, our manager as said we are expected to take a quarter on each of the 4 working days. Can anyone confirm this please

Yep as there are only 4 working days then a 1/4 or a 1/3 seems about right to fit into the specification of delivering within that week.DICKIEG wrote:Does anyone know what is expected next week (as there are only 4 days due to the 2 bank holidays) regarding D2D, our manager as said we are expected to take a quarter on each of the 4 working days. However, you DO NOT have to work overtime so if you go over claim or cut off.

It's a guideline and obviously only applicable if you have...6 days.shepherdess wrote:What happened to 1/6th a day over 6 days

Re: D2D Jubilee Week
Are you going out delivering just D2D in your own time then on the double Jubilee bank holiday next week, with written authorisation from the DOM to take D2D boxes away from the depot?shepherdess wrote:What happened to 1/6th a day over 6 days

No, they're due for that week only, if your manager tells you that they are to be carried over then ask for written proof.glenfiddich wrote:it was mentioned that we can carry them over to the following week if we're too busy
As has been said, if it's too much then either cut off or claim OT.

Re: D2D Jubilee Week
Don't expect a light D2D week in a bank holiday week, always seems to be the way that besides having less days to cover each delivery point (so 25% a day next week), we are considerately given more different types than normal to deliver...
