RM recruitment email.

I recieved a telephone call today to formally offer me the position of - Postman/Woman with Driving

I was told my date of induction and that I'd recieve an email with attachments that I'd need to download, read through and take with me to my induction. Despite recieving a txt message confirming the email had been sent and also being able to read the email on the royalmail website in 'my emails' the email hasn't come through to my address. Obviously because of this I cannot view or download any of the attachments contained in the email. This is the second time an email sent by RM hasn't come through to my inbox, or even spam box. It does look like they've sent it to the correct email.

Any one else had any problems like this? Anyone know a phone number I'd ring to get hold of someone 'coz im guessing the attachments contain forms I'd need to complete

Have you checked your spam folder it may of got mixed in with some junk mail.

Yep checked spam too. Baffling me, getting mail from everyone else fine

The office I'll be having the induction or the office I'll be based at? Or try and get hold of the recruitment team?

office you'll be based at. they'll probably contact who u need too. or offer you some numbers.

Same here when I joined, you have to log into the royal mail recruitment website, where you can see the progress of your application, and then download them. You also have to take photocopies of the documents they ask for like passport driving licence as they can't be bothered to photocopy them on the day.
