We did a mail count for 8 walks over a week to get office average and gave a 14% uplift in traffic over mail centre figures
Also did a packet count for all knock calls for a month for entire office
Now they are looking at sampling mail sorted to our ips frames.
We have a lot of double handling of mail from primary to secondary
Any advice on how to come up with accurate figures across the board
