driver change over

I had my 1-1 meeting a couple of days back,
the subject of driving came up . isaid that before I transferred into the office i had been a RM driver for 12yrs and in that time drove 50 CDV upto and including 600,

My dom stated I would have to do another changeover driving for a small van I said you should have my paperwork to say that I have done driving previously, he said he has no paperwork so |I said then you need to contact my old office.

So my question is do I need to redo driver changeover, I am not really interested in driving but as I am so much stick over my disabily on walking waondered if this is another avenue to go down

Refuse to do it on the principal that you was employed on your honesty and integrity and able to do the job
